1. Harvey Holmes, Chairman, called the November 18th, meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.

3. Secretary Report: The September minutes were accepted as presented by a motion to accept by Debbie Hunter and seconded by Carl Crittell.
4. Treasurer’s Report: Metro’s financial report was provided by Dave Cole. There was an error in the report, which showed the striper pot to be an expense and it should have been an income, since a striper was not caught during this year’s City Championship. Debbie Hunter motioned that we accept the treasurer’s report with the correction with Robert McFarlane seconding the motion. The motion passed. Metro currently has $6,789.04 not including the striper pot. .
5. Harvey announced that at our December meeting, Metro will need to elect officers for the 2010 year. Harvey asked if there were any nominations at this time, none were announced. So if you are interested or know who might be interested in running for Chairman, Vice Chairman, or Secretary, please let Robin McFarlane know.
6. Harvey notified all those in attendance that an audit needed to be done since we have not had one in quite some time. Debbie Hunter, Carl Crittell, and Ruth Moore volunteered to audit the books.
6. Dave Cole announced that T.A.B.C. is proposing a tournament schedule for our junior anglers. Plans are to have
three tournaments, one in each region (south, east, and central), which will be @ Falcon in February, Sam Rayburn or Lake Livingston and the third is planed for Lake Belton or Stillhouse Hollow. There will be two age divisions – 12 – 14 and 15 – 17, with 20 entries per division. All proceeds from these tournaments will be put into a fund for scholarships for these kids. Each participant will be required to catch their own fish and must fish with a member of TABC. Each youth angler that fishes 2 out of the 3 tournaments, will quality for the Championship. TABC will be forming a youth committee for this tournament trail.
10. Harvey went “around the table” asking each of the clubs in attendance where they were going to fish next.
Freedom has traveled to Choke Canyon where they reported that it was slow for them, along with Alamo who had the same reports. Rebel fished Canyon Lake, with SAPD fishing Choke. UC is headed to Amistad, while SABC fished Amistad and their heavy weight was 32.18#.
